Shaken or Stirred?

What's the difference?

Shaken or Stirred?

"Shaken" simply means place the ingredients in a shaker, usually with ice cubes, and SHAKE! When you pour the drink into the glass, the ice gets filtered back out, meaning your drink won't get too watered down.

One problem with this is, unless the drink is consumed quickly, it may not stay cold long enough.

Another is that, according to legend, shaking bruises the gin...

"Stirred," then, is simply pouring all the ingredients over ice, and then stirring them together.
