How do I make a...?

Basic drink recipes - easy to make and easy to serve:

AMARETTO SOUR*:

1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 - 2 splashes sweet and sour mix

GIN AND JUICE*:

2 oz gin
2 oz grapefruit juice
3 oz orange juice
1 slice lime

SPANISH COFFEE:

1 oz. Cognac or Brandy
1 oz. Kahlua
Fill with strong HOT coffee
Whipped Cream on top (optional)

(Serve in a large espresso glass or footed mug)

VODKA AND TONIC*:

2 oz vodka
3 - 5 oz tonic water

WHISKY SOUR*:

2 oz blended whiskey
juice of 1/2 lemons
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon

*serve over ice or shake that cocktail!*
